Return and Refund Policy

GUGOOGU is committed to providing customers with a comfortable purchasing experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please be sure to email first

1. Return and exchange conditions:

All returned items must include original packaging, tags, and must be in new condition.
All returns must include a returns form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
Returns must be made within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

2. Items that cannot be returned:
The following items are non-returnable:
Personalized or customized items.
Items marked for final sale.
Gift cards and vouchers

3. General return and warranty procedures:

Contact our customer service team to provide proof of purchase date, initiate a return request and receive a return form.
Complete the return form and attach it to the return package.
Pack securely and include any accessories, labels, proof of purchase date and original packaging.
Ship items back to us using trackable shipping.

4. Return fee:

Unless the item received is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

5.Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) business days to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

6. Cancel order:

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return after receiving the item.

7. Product damage:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item.

8. Limited warranty:

All our products have a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase.  This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear.
